School psychologists are specially trained to understand why students are struggling in school. They can help determine if you are having difficulties in learning and what supports are available to help you achieve better. They can also help if you are having trouble with emotional problems.

... Your School Counselor

School Counselors assist students with their academic, career, and college planning. School counselors also are a resource for students to discuss personal or social problems.

... Your School Nurse

School Nurses provide medical care and guidance to improve students’ health and learning. They are available to discuss any health issues that a student may have concerns about, and provide appropriate resources and referrals as needed.

... Your School Social Worker

School social workers are specially trained to understand family problems and help students get connected to supports and resources.

... Your Teacher or Administrator

Many students have a great relationship or feel close to at least one teacher or administrator. Don’t be afraid to reach out to these people for help. They can assist in getting you connected to the right support.
